Sushi-Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Two slices of whole meal bread (or normal white bread if you prefer)
- Roasted seaweed sheets (You can buy the slightly big-sized from NTUC which has 10 pieces in one pack, and each piece can be divided into 4 smaller pieces. Each small piece has the same size as one slice of bread.)
- A slice of cheese
- Butter
Method:
1. Butter up both slices of bread
2. Place one seaweed sheet on one of the slices, followed by the slice of cheese, another seaweed sheet and lastly the other buttered slice of bread.

It’s super simple… It was a Sushi-inspired simple recipe. Haha. Yup, I’ve tried it, have made it for lunch occasionally when I’m broke. Heh.
